SAWXHEADS CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES

The SAWXHEADS CONTEST program is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (EXCLUDING PUERTO RICO, OVERSEAS MILITARY INSTALLATIONS, OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES AND in the cases of sports CONTEST and raffle drawings with prizes worth $5,000 and over, New York, Florida and Rhode Island). You must fill-in all contact information to be eligible to win.

All participants must be 13 years of age or older to be eligible to play. Any minor age 13 to 17 entering this program shall do so only with the consent of a supervising parent or guardian.

The SAWXHEADS CONTEST are subject to all federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited.

No Purchase Necessary To Play or Win.

Employees of Boxcar Media, LLC and its affiliates, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.

SAWXHEADS CONTEST participants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the BOXCAR MEDIA, which are final on all matters pertaining to the BOXCAR MEDIA CONTEST and raffle drawings.

This SAWXHEADS CONTEST program may not be used in connection with any form of gambling.

To become and remain a participant of SAWXHEADS CONTEST, you must have Internet access and a valid e-mail account. Boxcar Media and its affiliates are not responsible for a participant's inability to connect to the Internet, login to the SAWXHEADS CONTEST website, gain access to their account, or participate in any activity associated with this program, service outages or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches.

Limit: ONE SAWXHEADS CONTEST ACCOUNT per person (regardless of whether one person has more than one email address) or email address (regardless of whether more than one person uses the same email address).

In the event of a dispute about the identity of the online entrant, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The potential winner may be required to provide Boxcar Media with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry.

To register on SAWXHEADS CONTEST, you must fill out the New User registration form. It is free to register and play. You may be asked to consent to receive SAWXHEADS CONTEST sponsored e-mails from our partners and SAWXHEADS CONTEST reminder emails. Consenting to receive promotional and/or reminder e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to become a registered SAWXHEADS CONTEST member. After registering on SAWXHEADS CONTEST, participants can play the SAWXHEADS CONTEST.

In order to submit a ticket, a participant must be logged in and click on prizes. Then select the contest they wish to enter tickets for, type in the number of tickets they wish to enter for that contest and hit the enter bottom at the right. After hitting the enter button you will be presented with a confirmation page where you can select Yes or No to the entry you have placed. After a successful entry you will receive a confirmation email which confirms the participant's ticket selections.

Once participants are registered members of SAWXHEADS CONTEST, they will earn raffle tickets by logging-in to SAWXHEADS CONTEST and doing the following:

1) Play the Contests: Participants may earn raffle tickets by making correct selections on the CONTEST.

2) Refer-a-friend to SAWXHEADS CONTEST: Participants may earn 10 raffle tickets for each friend they refer to SAWXHEADS CONTEST. The referred friend must register and in order for the referrer to be awarded the 10 raffle tickets. Participants will also earn 1 raffle ticket for each valid email address they refer to whether they register or not.

3) Raffle tickets may also be earned in a variety of other ways, at the discretion of Boxcar Media and its affiliates. Boxcar Media and its affiliates reserve the right to alter the ways of earning tickets at its discretion.

Boxcar Media and its affiliates make no representations whatsoever regarding the value, if any, of raffle tickets earned as a result of participation. Boxcar Media and its affiliates are under no obligation to provide participants with any particular number of raffle ticket-earning opportunities or prizes.

Participants may enter their earned raffle tickets into the raffle drawings. Participants may decide which raffle drawings to enter and how many of their earned raffle tickets to enter into a raffle drawing. Some raffle prizes may require a minimum number of raffle tickets in order to enter. Raffle drawings close according to the date posted on each raffle prize on the Prizes page. Raffle tickets that are entered into a raffle drawing are considered spent. Whether a participant wins a raffle drawing or not, raffle tickets that are entered into a raffle drawing are subtracted immediately from the participant's available raffle ticket total.

Raffle prize winners will be randomly selected via a random computer drawing from all eligible raffle entries received by the date and time posted on the raffle prize.

BOXCAR MEDIA CONTEST and/or raffle drawings may be offered in multiple presentations conducted regionally or nationally in multiple cities and through other Boxcar Media programs and websites, and odds of winning may depend on number of eligible entries received through such other presentations.

All ballot contest winners and raffle winners will be notified by email. If a winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If Boxcar Media or its affiliates cannot find an eligible winner for the prize, that prize will not be awarded.

All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.

If a potential winner is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of primary residence, potential winner's parent/legal guardian must execute all documents and agree to all obligations and undertakings required of the potential winner in these Official Rules, both on behalf of himself/herself and the potential winning minor. Failure to comply with these requirements may cause the prize to be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Prize may be awarded in the name of, or to, parent/legal guardian.

Claimed prizes will be mailed to ballot contest winners and raffle winners within 4-6 weeks after a winner has been chosen, unless otherwise indicated.

Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and may be required to complete an IRS form W-9 or the equivalent. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.

Boxcar Media and its affiliates are not responsible for lost or stolen prizes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Prizes are neither non-refundable nor exchangeable. Cash substitutions are not permitted. Boxcar Media and its affiliates make no warranty with respect to any prize and reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, the right to change, modify, or extend contest dates if it should be deemed necessary.

The act of participation in the SAWXHEADS CONTEST program by participants, winners and qualifiers constitutes permission to Boxcar Media and its affiliates, sponsors, and agencies to use the participants name and/or likeness for the purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation. Winner agrees to allow use of name, statements, hometown, and photos by Boxcar Media and its affiliates without further compensation. At no time will any information provided by a participant under the age of 18 be released to an outside organization.

Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.

Boxcar Media reserves the right to disqualify any participant from receiving cash or prize award, where Boxcar Media at its sole discretion, determines that the participant has violated any of these rules, made any misrepresentation in connection with this program, or used any unintended/unannounced means to accumulate additional raffle tickets.

You may only win a raffle prize once in a thirty day period. Winning bonus raffle tickets or a ballot contest prize does not prevent you from winning a raffle prize in the same thirty day period.

Other Conditions: Boxcar Media and its affiliates assume no responsibility for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures of any kinds, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Boxcar Media and its affiliates reserve the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the BOXCAR MEDIA program, any BOXCAR MEDIA ballot CONTEST, and any BOXCAR MEDIA raffle Contest in its entirety or in part should virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Boxcar Media's control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the contest program. Boxcar Media and its affiliates are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest by any technical or human errors, which may occur in the processing of the entries in the contest. Boxcar Media and its affiliates reserve the right to withdraw the transmission of this contest program at any time and award the prize from among eligible entries received prior to the date of the withdrawal. Boxcar Media and its affiliates reserve the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the game or Web site or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules. Boxcar Media and its affiliates reserve the right to discontinue, suspend or modify this BOXCAR MEDIA Program at any time, including the termination of all opportunities to use or otherwise redeem accumulated BOXCAR MEDIA raffle tickets. All SAWXHEADS CONTEST accounts may start fresh and with no raffle tickets on a date determined by Boxcar Media and its affiliates. Participants will be notified prior to any restart of the raffle ticket system.

The SAWXHEADS CONTEST program and all of the related pages, contents and code are copyright, Boxcar Media, LLC., and/or its affiliates. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.

Boxcar Media and its affiliates reserve the right to change the rules at any time.
